Alabama’s Congressional delegation recently supported resolutions in the United States Senate and House of Representatives highlighting the 十大彩票网投平台’s 60th anniversary and its service to the State of Alabama, region and nation.

Under the leadership of Senators Katie Britt (R-Ala.)和汤米·塔伯维尔(Tommy Tuberville)(阿拉巴马州共和党).), the Senate approved a resolution by unanimous consent last week. 众议院， led by Representatives Jerry Carl (R-Mobile) and Barry Moore (R-Enterprise) with support from the Alabama delegation, introduced a similar measure to commemorate the occasion 和成就. 

The resolutions highlight the University’s founding in 1963, its growth since then and its many contributions in education, research and healthcare as the Flagship of 墨西哥湾沿岸. The resolutions recognize 美国健康 as the region's sole academic health system with operations that include three hospitals, a cancer research center and a network of primary and specialty care clinics. 

The University recently finished a yearlong celebration of its 60th anniversary.
